When providing your personal information to Soccerkraze, we will not give or sell your individual information to third party companies for use in marketing or solicitation. Payment Methods

We accept Visa & Master Card, Cashiers Checks and Money orders. We do not send orders COD.

Backorder Policy

It is impossible to estimate how many products will sell out. Therefore, any order placed for an item that is temporarily out of stock is called a “backorder.” When an item is a backorder, we will ship the item to you via our regular ground shipping as soon as it becomes available. You are never charged for a back-ordered item until it is shipped, you may cancel an item on backorder at any time. You do not pay additional shipping for backorders. Please call our store to check the availability of products.

Sizing Information

We are dedicated to your complete satisfaction. To ensure this we provide you with detailed information on an item’s fit/construction in the description before you buy it. Our goal is to help you can make the correct decision on what particular size you should order. If you are unsure about your size, simply use your measurements and compare them to the sizing chart we provide to determine the correct size.

Sizing charts give you a good idea of the size to order, but be sure to read the special sizing information that may accompany the item description. Some merchandise dimensions may vary from the averages in the charts as well. If you have any questions about the sizing of a product, please let us know!


If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in new original condition and with the original tags attached within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. (ANY USED OR WORN ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED, MAKE SURE YOU TRY ON YOUR SHOES & OTHER GEAR INSIDE) We will exchange the item or give you full credit or a refund for the purchased price using your original method of payment. Please allow up to 20 calendar days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchanged.

When returning the item you purchased, please include the new unused item along with the return form sent with your shipment. Fill out the required information. If the return form is unavailable, on a sheet of paper include your name, address, email, order number, and daytime phone number, along with the reason for the return. If the item is an exchange, please include the style number, size and color of the product you would like exchanged and payment information in case there is an amount due back to you or to Soccerkraze. Please send your package via standard UPS.

Exchanges are subject to availability. In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a refund will be processed. Please call us to verify availability.

Refunds will be processed in the same exact form of payment used on the original order. For credit card refunds, please allow one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped or if the product is defective we will also include the shipping charges in your refund.

  • All Sale & Clearance items are FINAL SALES, no returns no exceptions.
  • We do not accept COD returns.
  • No returns allowed on customized Merchandise.

We are unable to reimburse for any postage unless the product is defective or we made an error. If the return or exchange is deemed as defective within 60 days of receiving the merchandise, the shipping charge will not be deducted from your refund amount.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates depend upon the total price of the order, the weight and the method of delivery that you choose. Street addresses are required to ensure proper delivery for online orders.

Standard Delivery (8-10 Calendar Days and subject to payment verification)
Please allow 8-10 calendar days from the date of shipment (excluding US holidays). Orders generally ship the next business day.

Two-Day Air Delivery (2-3 Business Days and subject to payment verification)
Orders placed on a business day (M-F) prior to 11:00 am Central Standard Time will ship the same day, subject to payment verification. Orders placed after 11:00 am will ship the following business day, subject to payment verification. Orders processed on the weekend will ship on the next business day (Monday). Please allow 2-3 business days for your package to arrive once it leaves our Distribution Center. Business days do not include weekends or US holidays.

Next-Day Delivery (1 Business Day and Subject to payment verification)
Orders placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) before 11:00 am Central Standard Time will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:00 am Ship the following business day; Orders processed on the weekend will ship on the next business day. Business days don’t include weekends or any US holidays.
